Chicken Malai Seekh Skewers

Chicken Malai Seekh Skewers

Chicken Malai Seekh is a luxurious, creamy, and mildly-spiced appetizer made from finely minced chicken blended with fresh cream (malai), cheese, yogurt, and aromatic spices. Unlike traditional, robustly spiced seekh kebabs, the malai version focuses on a velvety, melt-in-your-mouth texture and a rich flavor profile. The seasoned mince is moulded onto skewers, grilled, pan-seared or baked with generous amounts of butter, and typically served hot with green chutney.
