  • 1 tbsp Chicken Masala Banne Nawab/Shan/Everest/MDH
  • 0.5 tsp Caraway Seeds/Shahzeera
  • 4 whole Cardamom
  • 4 whole Cloves
  • 50 grams Cashew
  • 1 Cup Water
  • Red Food Coloring
  • 100 grams Oil
  • Curry Leaves
  • 200 ml Water
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 6 whole Green Chili

Equipment

  • ladle

Method

  1. Take the chicken and add vinegar to it. Then add ginger, garlic, chili, salt, half a teaspoon of turmeric, ground green chili. Then add red chili sauce, green chili sauce and soya sauce to it.
  2. Fried onion and tomato puree of 3 tomatoes. Then we will add yogurt, chicken masala and ground garam masala – the masala suggested earlier (Shahzeera to cloves) needs to be grounded. Now we will add cashew nuts to a blender, add a little water to it and make a paste of it and add it to it.
  3. Now mix all these things well once. Then we will add food coloring to it (optional for health conscious) and mix it and keep it for a while to marinate (30 mins to 60 mins).
  4. Now take a ladle and add oil to it and add curry leaves. Then we will add the marinated meat to it. After adding the chicken, we will add a cup of water to it and mix it well. After adding all this, leave it to cook.
  5. When it starts to cook, then we will add black pepper, coriander and green chilies to it. After adding all this, you mix it well and leave it to cook so that its meat becomes tender. And the water should also dry and the whole spice should be well included in the meat.
  6. Then leave it to cook on a low flame so that its oil comes up like this. That’s it, the red chicken made at the Hyderabadi wedding is ready.

Notes

Now there is no need to go to weddings again and again to eat it. Make it at your home and enjoy.
